For over 25 years Holly McClure has enjoyed a multimedia career in the entertainment industry as a film and television producer, creative director, creative writer, filmographer, author, radio talk-show host, actor, consultant and film critic.
In 2002, Holly was asked by Mel Gibson to film EPK and marketing features for The Passion of the Christ, in Rome, Italy. In addition, she produced two television specials; The Making of The Passion of the Christ and The Passion Behind The Passion.
Holly founded McClure Productions and produced The Frontier Boys. She also directed and produced EPK, marketing and promotional materials, for numerous films. Holly has been an executive producer, director and creative writer, for five Christian cable networks.
Today, Holly is the PR & Marketing Director at Capernaum Studios (outside of Ft. Worth, TX). She hosts “Real Talk”, on Christianfm.org and co-hosts the television show, “Faith On Film”, with Isaac Hernandez.
For over 25 years Holly has been a charter member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association which annually features The Critics Choice Awards.
Paula and Holly have known each other for nearly 20 years, when they were attending movie junkets. During the podcast, they chatted about how they met, and Paula’s biblical novels, including her latest novel, THE CARPENTER AND HIS BRIDE; The Birth of Hope. They also talked about Paula’s youngest granddaughter Josie, who has an ultra-rare disorder, and how Josie’s parents are raising their four children, and becoming advocates for special needs children.
