I met Susan Stewart through an online writers group for which we are admins. She has been a great support and a sounding board as we navigated overseeing a group with 500 plus writers.
About Susan from her website:
Susan K. Stewart is a teacher, writer, and speaker known for practical solutions to real-world situations. Her books include Harried Homeschooler’s Handbook: Finding Hope in the Havoc, Science in the Kitchen: Fearless Science at Home for All Ages, Preschool: At What Cost?, Family Preparation in the City and Suburbia, award-winning Formatting e-Books for Writers, and newly released Donkey Devos: Listen When God Speaks. She brings her inspiring and encouraging messages to online and in-person conferences for women and homeschoolers. The Stewarts live in Central Texas with their three dogs, three cats, nine chickens, and a couple of donkeys. They have three children and six grandchildren.
I was honored when Susan asked me to endorse her book, Donkey Devos: Listen When God Speaks. It opened my eyes to the misconceptions we have towards these interesting animals. As I was working on THE CARPENTER AND HIS BRIDE, it was obvious donkeys would play a part in my novel. I reached out to Susan for information on donkeys based on her experience with these gentle and fun animals. I was honored when she agreed to endorse my book.
